The dining area features a 9 feet table with seating for 10 which opens to the living room area with a fireplace and an oversized couch, both rooms feature wood-plank tile flooring.

Additional home features not shown in photos include new LED lighting, reverse osmosis system at kitchen sink, whole house water softener system, automatic blinds in the great room, UV filtration system in the pool allowing for low chlorine,  clothes washer features two washing machines - small load washer located in pull out drawer below the main washer, and 4 person golf cart available for use to responsible adults knowledgeable with golf carts - must sign a waiver to drive.
